First registered in October 2000 on an X plate this awesom ZX-9R has covered just 13,768 miles.

It's an early member of the Ninja family of bikes. and a roadburner in the classic Kawasaki tradition. Taking ideas from both the ZXR750 and ZZR1100 it’s bullet-fast and bulletproof, with aggressive styling and big performance. When first launched in 1994, UK models were limited by the 125bhp manufacturers’ ‘gentlemen’s agreement’ of the time, but it could still howl up to 170mph.

With the all-new 1998 model, which was just as breathtakingly fast, but everything was lightened, strengthened and improved and the bike boasted a redesigned frame. There were further improvements in 2000. But throughout all of this, the big Ninja’s spirit has remained unchanged. It has always made a superb road machine. It’s fast, roomy and comfy enough for two and is a solid, secure handler, too. All in all, the 9R is a motorcycle that goes like stink, sounds wicked and looks the dog’s bits.

This particular ZX-9R features a tail tidy and a Fuel exhaust.
