Every On The Wheel motorcycle is transported with the care that every bike deserves.
The On The Wheel delivery standard:
- Fully insured & enclosed Nationwide motorcycle transport
- 24/7 Monitored secure motorcycle storage
- Bespoke motorbike collection/delivery vans: full-width fixed ramps, padding, straps
- Dedicated urgent motorbike delivery and collection
- Advice on how to load a motorbike into a van and preparin it for transportation
- A contact number for the driver who is transporting your bike (at your request)
- Motorcycle Transport inspection sheets on collection and delivery
We aim to deliver your product(s) within 1-2 weeks once your deposit has been made online and we have made contact to take payment in full. There are some postcodes where we cannot guarantee these timescales.
All deliveries and vehicle purchases are subject to the following charges. These are standard fees applied to the purchase of motorcycles and we do everything we can to keep these to a minimum and make you aware before you buy.

On The Wheel Vehicle tax:
50-150cc = £24
151-400cc = £52
401-600cc = £80
over 600cc = £111
0 – 60 Miles £129 inc. VAT
60+ Miles £239 inc. VAT
Scotland: Please ask for a quote
All bikes Admin charge = £99
New bikes registration charge = £55
Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales and these will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions or concerns, email email@example.com. If you’ve ordered an item that won’t be available for more than a week, it will be dispatched by your chosen method once you have paid in full and it is available. We’ll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box). If this impacts you, we’ll notify you as soon as a decision is made. Though we do everything we can to ensure your delivery comes in good time and within the timescale we quote, in rare instances, vehicles may be delivered late. We will notify you if possible whenever there are updates.
If no-one is in when the courier calls, they’ll leave a calling card with instructions on what to do next. You’ll be responsible for paying any costs incurred for re-delivery. In the case of special orders and vehicles that are temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of an estimated deliverey date as soon as possible and keep you as informed as we can.
All goods are subject to availability and all delivery approximate. Please take into consideration when ordering from us, that we reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery attempts and return-to-sender charges.
