Launched in 2021 as the largest model in the Honda Rebel family, the CMX1100 is a stripped-back, bobber-inspired cruiser motorcycle. 

Rather than building a traditional V-twin cruiser, Honda used their 1084cc parallel twin engine from the CRF1100L Africa Twin and tweaked it to suit the character of an easy-going cruiser instead of a go-anywhere adventure bike like the model it was taken from.

The result is a punchy, torque-rich delivery of forward drive that feels far livelier than many bikes in this class. It’s a deliberate move away from laid-back, old-school cruisers and towards something more usable day-to-day.
