Due to our continued growth On the Wheel Superstore Southwick are looking for a highly organised Administrator to fill a permanent role. You will be part of a busy team in a very fast paced office environment.

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of Sales paperwork and reports.
  • Assisting with stock control.
  • Receiving & Logging deliveries.
  • Maintaining records for all motorbike sales & purchases.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Excellent time management /organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • IT literate.
  • The ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
  • Strong work ethic.

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided. This is a permanent full time role.

Salary based on experience.

Clothing Advisor

Clothing Advisor

On The Wheel Superstore have a vacancy in our team for a Motorcycle Clothing Advisor. We are a successful and expanding business, specialising in a wide range of motorbikes including KTM, Suzuki, Yamaha and Peugeot.

You will be dealing with seasoned riders and new comers alike offering entry level to high end technical clothing, helmets and accessories. The clothing advisors job is to offer knowledgeable advice and guide the customers to the correct products to suit their needs and budget whilst maximising the sales potential.

Duties:

  • Welcome customers in a friendly manner
  • Offer advice and technical assistance
  • Use the EPOS system to accurately record sales and customer details
  • Locate products on the customers behalf
  • Provide assistance with warranty and returns in a helpful manner
  • Maintain a tidy and well stocked display area
  • Perform end of day reporting and cash management
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers
  • Handle goods in/out and book products into stock
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales reps
  • Provide input into the layout and selection of products
  • Respond to emails and telephone calls and pass messages on to other departments
  • As part of the team, assist other departments in their daily duties
  • Contribute ideas for social media activities
  • Attending events and promotions on behalf of the company

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service/sales role
  • Familiarity with or the ability to learn computer based sales tools
  • Ability to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach
  • Professional and outgoing personality
  • Good communication skills
  • An interest in motorcycles!
  • Full motorcycle licence
