Due to our continued growth we are now looking for an experienced part time sales administrator to carry out the following duties.

Provide secretarial assistance to the General Manager and Sales Team as required.

Deal promptly and efficiently with all internal and external correspondence.

Maintain good working relationships with staff in all departments, to promote at all times the reputation of the company and the franchise and to ensure smooth working practices within the business.

Maintain records of all new and used motorcycles, ensure that all credits and debits are assigned to vehicles, monitor manufacture payment terms, stock awareness and aged stock updates for GM.

Complete and process all customer orders to Invoices ensuring accuracy against the signed customer order obtained by the Salesperson, ensuring that the specification is correct, all figures and payments are correct, and all in line with FCA regulations.

Collate and record all new motorcycle delivery information ensuring that delivery paperwork matches the physical product.

Complete New & Used motorcycle sales deal file and ensure pre-delivery instructions (PDI) and the routing of documentation and communications to all departments is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.

Arrange Registration for all new motorcycles and establishment of current road fund licenses for Used Motorcycles, to ensure that forms and payments are processed in a timely manner so that documentation and tax discs are ready for sold new and used motorcycles as required.

Supply keys, complete the service record, certificate of ownership, and sales invoice to ensure timely handover of the motorcycle to the customer with the aim of enhancing the reputation of the company and our suppliers.

Maintain a record of all Used Motorcycle warranties sold and ensure that they are registered.

Create and maintain stock records for new and used motorcycles by the use of a visual record system and stock book system either manual or electronic..

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in this field, and an ability to adapt to a busy thriving environment, hours of work to be agreed (occasional Saturday during peak times). Salary will be subject to experience.

On The Wheel Superstore have a vacancy in our team for a Motorcycle Sales Executive. We are a successful and expanding business, specialising in a wide range of motorbikes including KTM, Suzuki, Yamaha and Peugeot.

We are looking for experienced professional applicants who have a passion for motorcycles, and who also care about providing our growing customer base with a positive customer experience. You will be dealing with seasoned riders and new comers alike so we are looking to employ someone with good working knowledge of motorcycles to help our customers feel at ease.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing and developing all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
  • Maximising sales of bikes and optional extras by listening to the customer and providing them with solutions to match their needs.
  • Excelling at hitting any KPIs and targets set.
  • Offering finance to all customers for new and used bike sales.
  • Ensuring every customer is satisfied with their experience at  On The Wheel Superstore.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.
  • Providing every customer with a comprehensive handover of any their motorcycle, including detailed explanations of controls, aftercare, warranty and up selling accessories.
  • Liaising between sales and service departments to ensure the delivery of a fantastic customer service and experience.


Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months sales experience from within the motorcycle or automotive trades, ideally with a proven successful track record. A full motorcycle licence is also essential

Computer literacy is a must along with the ability to multi-task and respond effectively to any customer queries. A positive can do attitude is also a must, along with a willingness to improve and learn.

Vehicle Technician

Vehicle Technician


"On the Wheel Superstore" Southwick are looking for a qualified and experienced motorcycle technician to join our successful workshop team in our premium multi franchised dealership.

The successful candidate must have experience of modern motorcycles and be competent to use current diagnostic equipment. From time to time you may also be required to talk to customers and as such you must be able to communicate clearly and provide technical explanations in a way that can be easily understood.

The ideal candidate should be qualified to NVQ level 3 and / or have 2-3 years technical experience. Ideally you should already have experience of working on modern motorcycles and scooters in a franchised workshop environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • You should be able to work unsupervised in a safe and timely manner to high exacting standards where productivity, efficiencies and proficiencies are monitored on a daily basis.
  • The ideal candidate must have a full motorcycle licence and preferably a car licence too.
  • You will be required to supply your own tools. Footwear and manufacture clothing will be supplied.   
  • You must be a self-starter with a flexible can do attitude, have good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team.
  • If you are a qualified MOT tester that would be advantageous but is not essential.

Aftersales Manager

Aftersales Manager


On the Wheel Superstore Southwick are looking for a Motorcycle Aftersales Manager, ideally with previous experience within the motorcycle or automotive industries to work in our very successful premium multi-franchise motorcycle dealership. 

Working in a team environment you will be responsible for ensuring your team provides a top quality service to customers who want to book their motorcycles in for service and/or repair work. Your team will be required to liaise with the workshop to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed and where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work. Your team will also be responsible for customer's service department queries, ensuring you resolve them to the customer's complete satisfaction. 

You will be responsible for promoting your dept. thru defined marketing strategies and ensuring that all available hours are sold and managed on the 12 month cycle, measuring workshop productivity, and efficiencies and minimising idle times Vs. targets. The role also carries with it various administrative responsibilities with regard to invoicing, processing warranty claims and marketing campaigns. This is a very process driven and customer service focused role.

Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role ideally from within a motorcycle or automotive environment. The ability to plan and overcome potential hurdles as well as actively encourage your team to perform to their best each and every day and support where necessary. Applications will also be considered from motorcycle enthusiasts who have worked in a service receptionist role in the automotive trade and are looking for that next step up in their career.

Essential
The successful candidate should be personable, highly motivated, process driven and be able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. You will also be an effective communicator and must have a passion for all things two wheels. A full motorcycle licence is essential.

Other Benefits
Final basic salary awarded to the successful candidate will depend on experience. Full manufacturer training will be provided as necessary.
